Melting and Casting Process
1. Metal Melting
The material for the part to be produced is melted in our modern induction furnaces with precise temperature control.
2. Precision Casting
The molten metal is poured into preheated ceramic molds at the exact temperature specified in the casting recipe.
3. Analysis and Reporting
Samples taken from each furnace and the post-casting material are analyzed using a spectrometer. The results are then reported and archived.
